The Ski Trip

In the weekend I went on a school ski trip. I saw Maddy. She was going on the ski trip as well! I liked the magic carpet but I even more … liked the snowball fight which I had with my dad. It was fun on the ski trip. I only went on Saturday because on Sunday it was very windy and so so so!! cold. The wind was coming and going all over and over again. It was very bad when they closed it up because it was too icey on the road. Sydney

The Boulders

In the weekend I went to Moeraki to see the boulders. I went with Helen, my Granny and Alana, her friend. The boulders were giant. I climbed on them. I took photos of them. They were amazing. The boulders were circle shaped. They were grey and slippery but I could still climb on them so we could take photos of them.The tide was coming in so we had to go back into the car to go to Naseby. It was fun seeing the boulders but we had to go. We couldn’t stay there all night.

Snow Day
On Tuesday it snowed. My big brother who is nineteen and his friend Jess came over. We had a snowball fight. Jess and I won because we threw a snowball at my brother’s bottom and … his mouth. Guess what! He ate the snow!
Suddenly I slipped over on the snow. It was cold on my pants. After that we went inside because it was too cold outside and mum had made some cookies and hot chocolate.
The hot chocolate felt so warm and chocolatey and the cookies were delicious!
